Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchase strategies for woven garment accessories, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the procurement process, including purchase orders, supplier agreements, and payment terms.
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Manage logistics, including transportation and storage, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of materials.
- Work closely with quality control teams to ensure all procured materials meet required standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in purchase in the woven garment accessories industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions under pressure.
