- Develop and manage the complete merchandising cycle, from product development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and market demands.
- Coordinate with design, production, and buying teams to ensure timely execution of styles according to brand standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with international and domestic buyers, handling order placements, confirmations, and updates with professionalism and accuracy.
- Monitor production status closely to ensure quality control, timely shipments, and compliance with lead times.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product innovation and effective pricing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including costing sheets, purchase orders, and shipment tracking reports.
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and negotiation of favorable terms.
