We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of SaaS-based software projects. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of software development lifecycles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward managing project documentation, timelines, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in planning and coordinating SaaS product development projects.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they stay on track.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, timelines, and task tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
- Support in maintaining project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Help in gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
- Participate in testing coordination and feedback collection from users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a software house or technology environment (internship experience counts).
- Understanding of SaaS product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based CRM, ERP, or HRM products.
- Experience with basic wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) is a plus.
