Specializing in technical and cutting-edge technology projects, we’re looking for a Technical Project & Service Manager who can lead client engagements, ensure consistent high-quality delivery, and align technical execution with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams on service delivery matters
- Ensure project and service deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and project management, to drive execution
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and manage issue resolution and escalation processes effectively
- Align technical delivery with business goals in close collaboration with the Data Engineering and Development teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project & Service Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong project management and team coordination skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with SLA management, performance reporting, and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Data Engineering concepts or experience managing data/analytics teams
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, or data governance frameworks
