Role
Ideal candidate will have up to 7 years of post-qualification experience. The ability to develop strong working relationships. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. Management of Receivable & Payable functions including payroll & benefits processing
Responsibilities
- Preparation of statutory financial statements and dealing with external auditors
- Preparation of monthly management reports for multiple business units / jurisdictions
- Overall responsibility for the maintenance of proper books of accounts including intercompany reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws
- Management of Receivable & Payable functions including payroll & benefits processing
- Coaching of team members
- Perform ad hoc assignments / targets as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Qualified CA
- Fresh up to 3 years of post-qualification experience
- The ability to develop strong working relationships
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound managerial skills
- Sound organizational skills and attention to detail
