- This role will manage programs and projects for the MGN management team covering the across the three locations.
- Requires a strong understanding of risk, governance, change management, and program execution, ensuring that all initiatives across MGN are well-structured and sustainable
Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and take the projects to successful completion following appropriate project management tools & processes and communication to stakeholders
- Program Management
- Lead internal & external resources to develop the program, identify the goals of the program, and execute the completion of those goals.
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the MBOs and Book of Work for the MGNs.
- Responsible for the ongoing management of the programs; identifying and managing changes, tracking and monitoring internal and external program KPIs, developing plans that drive excellence in execution, ensuring continual program success, identifying challenges and opportunity for improvement towards growth of the program.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status
- Offshoring Governance
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, GRC, and TPRM to implement and maintain a robust offshoring oversight framework.
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of the offshoring service catalogue, inventory, and central documentation repository.
- Track and ensure execution of intra-group agreements (IGAs), SoWs, and risk assessments across jurisdictions.
- Review and maintain governance tools and approval workflows, ensuring consistency and audit readiness.
- Monitor adherence to local regulations of receiving locations, as applicable.
- Prepare risk assessments and compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct periodic reviews of SLAs, KPIs, risk ratings, and governance parameters across all MGN services.
- Central Management Governance & Support
- Tracking of all open risks listen in the Prism and submitting regular updates to Head MGN locations
- Closely liaise with Central mgmt. functions - Finance, PICG (HR), Central Procurement Department (CPD) & Technology teams and where required, External Consultants, to ensure MGNs are compliant with all statutory requirements
- Take lead role in managing relationships with front line managers, front line staff or team leaders as well as Senior Stakeholders.
- Masters’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Management consulting experience, preferred in a Global organisation
- 10+ years’ program/project management experience, including offshoring/outsourcing oversight
- Strong knowledge of cross-border operations/intra-group outsourcing, risk management practices
- Clients/ Suppliers/ Stakeholder’s Relationship management
- Basic understanding of financial impacts to cash flow
- Experience working across diverse workstreams
- Established business acumen and record of achieving results
- Proven ability to establish, develop, and manage relationships with executives.
- Ability to think critically, problem solve, and troubleshoot.
- Strong organization, written and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
