What We’re Looking For
· Valid EASA or PCAA B1.3 License, preferably endorsed on AW-109 helicopters
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on rotary-wing maintenance experience
· Solid understanding of aviation regulations, quality assurance, and safety systems
· Knowledge of PCAA rules, regulations, and applicable laws will be an added advantage
· Strong documentation and communication skills
· A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in high-performance environments
