Requirements:
✅ PCAA-approved B2 License
✅ Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related technical discipline
✅ 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance within a certified maintenance organization
✅ Strong understanding of aviation maintenance operations, compliance, and ANO-145 regulations
✅ In-depth knowledge of aviation legislation, safety protocols, and industry best practices
✅ Experience with specific aircraft types/components maintained by the organization
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
✅ Attention to detail and adherence to strict safety & regulatory standards
✅ Effective communication and teamwork skills
