Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic B2B Event Management Sales Executive to lead our corporate outreach and drive event bookings from institutional clients. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of corporate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients (banks, telecoms, FMCGs, government organizations, MNCs, etc.) for institutional event opportunities
- Pitch tailored B2B event management and catering solutions that align with client goals
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations in collaboration with the event planning team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent Vinci at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Build long-term client relationships for recurring business

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or advertising sectors
- Strong presentation and communication skills (English and Urdu)
- Confident, outgoing, and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of the Karachi corporate landscape is a strong plus
- Able to think creatively to offer unique event solutions tailored to business goals
