Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (80–100 calls per day, personalised emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to generate interest and build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Identify, research, and engage with decision-makers at target accounts by leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or company websites to understand their needs and challenges.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline, then schedule high-quality discovery calls or demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), including all prospect interactions, call notes, and pipeline updates to ensure full visibility and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share prospect feedback, refine messaging, and optimise campaigns that improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets, including weekly call/email volumes, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities passed to the sales team.

Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or Martech (1-3+ years).
- Comfortable with high call volumes and outbound prospecting (100+)
- Excellent spoken and written English fluency.
- Strong experience using sales tools and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar).
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-driven environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with strong resilience and persistence.
