As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Sales Specialist to help us build visibility, generate quality leads, and convert them into clients through LinkedIn.

We're now looking for a driven and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us expand our client base across freelancing platforms and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively bid and close projects on freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr
- Generate leads and nurture connections via LinkedIn outreach, including messaging, follow-ups, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions in a clear and confident manner
- Work closely with the technical team to prepare proposals, estimates, and timelines
- Follow up with leads, manage pipelines, and maintain records
- Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handoff to the project delivery team
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience closing deals on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation and outreach strategies
- Technical background (preferably in Web, Mobile, or Blockchain development)
- Ability to understand client pain points and present suitable technical solutions
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Trello is a plus
