Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Service (CS) with proficiency in CRM/Excel
Job Type: Contractual
Job Description:
- Report Submission: Ensure timely submission of required reports to the client.
- MIS Reporting: Provide daily MIS reports to the client with 100% accuracy.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate critical issues to backend/support teams within 15 minutes.
- Follow-up: Conduct daily follow-ups on escalated issues until resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of escalated issues with detailed timestamps and resolution statuses.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM.
What We Offer:
- Salary: PKR 37,500 per month.
