Kodifly is looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach. You’ll play a key role in expanding our pipeline and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads
Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM records
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align outreach strategies
Requirements:
Strong communication and research skills
Prior experience in a lead generation role is a plus
