We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage and grow our accounts on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring smooth project delivery by effectively coordinating with project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Maintain and optimize existing Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn profiles to attract potential clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new opportunities on freelance platforms and LinkedIn to secure projects for the company.
Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, negotiate terms, and close deals confidently.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver consistent results.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with trends on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn to refine strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience (06 Months Min) in business development or sales, preferably on Fiverr, Upwork, or LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of freelance platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
