Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our agency. You will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and strengthen our position in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for business development opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including brands, manufacturers, and distributors, to understand their needs and objectives.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and promotional materials to attract new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the e-commerce and Amazon marketplace.
Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients and provide ongoing support as needed.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, report on progress, and provide insights to optimize business development efforts.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly Amazon marketplace dynamics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
