We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the courier, cargo, or logistics industry and a passion for building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand FMX’s market presence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for courier and cargo services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the logistics or courier sector.
- Strong understanding of cargo and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
