About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales, client relationship management, and financial services. The role offers a blend of marketing, sales, and financial consulting within the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through various online and offline channels
- Conducting telemarketing campaigns to identify potential clients
- Scheduling and participating in in-house meetings with prospective clients
- Pitching and assisting clients with account opening in PSX and PMEX
- Providing ongoing financial services and guidance based on client investments in commodities
- Maintaining a database of leads, follow-ups, and client communications
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus (training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools
