Meezan Bank is looking for dynamic and career-oriented individuals with a passion to serve Riba-free banking in its branch banking team as a Business Development Officer (BDO).
This is a progressive oriented position in the branch sales team for fresh/experienced individuals that offers clearly defined learning and career paths.
The primary responsibility of BDO is to increase the business of branches by marketing deposits and other cross-sell/wealth management products. The BDO is expected to achieve the assigned sales targets in accordance with Shariah, Service Quality, Compliance and Audit parameters.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized university/institute.
Maximum 30 years of age till application deadline with 1-2 years of experience.
- Hafiz-e-Quran or Shahadat ul Alimiyah will be given age relaxation of two years.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Selected candidates will be given Employment on Contract for a period of 1 year that shall be renewable subject to satisfactory performance. High performers will be considered for regularization in Bank's service after one year.
