About the Role:
Recruit Champions is hiring a Business Development Specialist with a proven track record of onboarding recruitment clients, primarily from the US, UK, and European markets, as well as the local Pakistani market. This role is critical to our agency’s growth as we need someone who knows how to hunt, engage, and onboard clients both locally and internationally, independently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US, UK, Europe, and Pakistan that require recruitment services
- Drive the complete client onboarding lifecycle, from initial outreach to signed agreement
- Leverage multiple client hunting methods to generate high-quality leads and convert them
- Qualify prospects, handle objections, and build trust that leads to long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to align client expectations with deliverables
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and report on lead conversions and onboarding metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience in a recruitment agency
- Proven success in hunting and onboarding clients from US, UK, EU, and the local Pakistani market
- Familiarity with various client hunting approaches and the ability to generate leads effectively
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of onboarding KPIs
