Job Description:
Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to support our growth initiatives in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing strategies that drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and achieve quarterly sales targets of PKR 20 million
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify new opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into clients
- Deliver product presentations, conduct meetings, and negotiate sales contracts
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and explore upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and contract execution
- Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and marketing insights to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
