Position: Female Call Center Representative (Fluent in English & Urdu)
Location: Clifton/DHA, Karachi
Salary: PKR 80,000/month
Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and articulate female Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates residing in or near Clifton/DHA with convenient access to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients
- Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Urdu
- Present product information clearly and persuasively
- Convert leads into bookings through effective sales techniques
- Maintain accurate call records and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in an international call center is essential
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Urdu
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
