We are a growing grocery retail chain with 8 active branches and 1 central warehouse in Lahore. With over 150+ surveillance cameras installed across our network, we ensure a secure and well-monitored environment. We are hiring a CCTV Operator & Technician to maintain and manage our security infrastructure.
Position: CCTV Operator & Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Duty Hours: 12 hours per day
Location: Lahore (Multiple branches and warehouse)
Salary: Rs. 35,000 – 40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds from all branches and warehouse
- Identify and report unusual or suspicious activities
- Install, configure, and repair CCTV systems and equipment
- Maintain DVR/NVR systems, camera connections, and recording backups
- Respond promptly to system alerts, failures, or maintenance needs
- Keep daily logs and prepare technical reports
- Coordinate with branch staff and management for system checks
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent)
- Experience: At least 1 year in a relevant CCTV or security systems role
- Knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and basic network troubleshooting
- Responsible, honest, and willing to travel to branches as needed
