Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Shift timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (onsite position)
Prior call center/BPO (international) experience is preferred
Soft and technical skills required (e.g., communication, MS Office)
Provide accurate information regarding products/services
Follow standard operating procedures and company policies
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats
