We are a full-service digital agency specializing in SEO, WordPress development, content writing, and Shopify development. Our clients, primarily sourced through Upwork, rely on us for high-quality digital solutions. We’re looking to add a dedicated Client Success Manager to our team to streamline client communications, allowing our founders to focus on strategic growth and initial client scoping.
The Role
As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients after initial project scoping. Your role will focus on end-to-end client management, including updates, feedback collection, issue resolution, and client calls. If full end-to-end management isn’t feasible, you’ll handle day-to-day follow-ups, ongoing project management, and resolving client issues. Your goal is to ensure exceptional client satisfaction while keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all post-scoping client communications, including regular project updates, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
- Conduct client calls (via Zoom or similar platforms) to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Act as the liaison between clients and our internal team, ensuring clear communication of requirements, feedback, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress in SEO, WordPress development, content writing, and Shopify development, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues to maintain strong relationships and prevent escalations.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) to track project statuses and maintain organized client records.
- Provide regular updates to agency founders on client feedback, project milestones, and potential risks.
Requirements
- English Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken English (professional or near-native fluency) to communicate clearly with international clients (primarily US/UK-based).
- Experience: 2-4 years in a client-facing or project management role, ideally within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management in SEO, WordPress development, content writing, and Shopify development to effectively communicate with clients and the internal team.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, handle objections, and maintain a professional tone.
- Management Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Upwork, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp), and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom). Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Availability: Flexible to work hours that align with client time zones (e.g., US/UK hours may require evening availability in Pakistan).
- Location: Must be based in Pakistan.
- Nice-to-Have: Hands-on experience in SEO, WordPress, content writing, or Shopify development to better understand client needs and technical discussions.
