Job Role / Responsibilities: You are required to:- coordinating interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary care of assigned service patients mobilizing resources managing systems in order to respond to patient care needs
- identifying the learning needs on an ongoing basis for the staff and plan and follow teaching accordingly
- identifying service specific patient’s educational needs and develop strategies accordingly
- Participating in a patient discharge process as per set standards of Service line developing service specific clinical indicators.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: You should have:
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
- valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
- minimum three years of experience as a Clinical Nurse or equivalent as and at least 2 years of experience in critical care areas
- appropriate certification in basic life support, safe medication administration, I/V cannulation, conscious sedation (as applicable), certified, ECG interpretation and aseptic techniques (ACLS will be preferred)
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work in shift duties.
