Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to C-level executives and decision-makers across industries (pharma, energy, finance, etc.)
- Follow lead sheets, call scripts, and conversation flows provided by the marketing and sales teams
- Qualify interest and pass leads to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or senior sales
- Gather and update lead information (company size, decision-maker name, interest level, etc.)
- Schedule follow-up appointments or calls where applicable
- Maintain call logs, disposition outcomes, and feedback into CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, monday.com)
Required Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of outbound calling experience (preferably B2B or event sales)
- Clear, confident English communication (neutral or British/European accent preferred)
- Familiarity with CRMs and call tracking tools (e.g., Aircall, JustCall)
- High energy, persistence, and ability to handle objections gracefully
- Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the events/conference industry
- Exposure to lead sourcing or LinkedIn prospecting
