Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Cold Caller & Sales Representative to join our digital marketing agency’s sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to introduce businesses to the power of digital marketing.
As a key part of our growth strategy, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (B2B) to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Identify decision-makers, understand business needs, and qualify leads.
- Clearly communicate the value of our services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, etc.).
- Schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or LinkedIn to nurture interest.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls made, leads qualified, appointments set).
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or inside sales—preferably in digital marketing or a service-based business.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain positive and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, etc.).
- Experience working in an agency or startup environment.
- Fluency in English and [other local or target market language if applicable].
