As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will play a key role in initiating first contact with potential clients. Your job is to engage prospects, introduce our services, and schedule meetings with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using prepared scripts/pitches
- Qualify leads based on need and interest
- Build rapport and maintain professionalism on calls
- Accurately document leads in the CRM
- Set meetings between interested prospects and our team
- Share insights to improve calling approach/scripts
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience
- Fluent English with a clear, persuasive speaking style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity
- Persistence, resilience, and motivation to hit targets
- Knowledge of digital services is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in software/digital marketing industry
- Strong Spoken English
- Familiarity with B2B sales funnel
