Role Overview
Sky IT Services is seeking a Content Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will oversee content planning, creation, and optimization across all digital channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and business objectives.
Scope and Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a long-term content strategy aligned with business goals and target customer personas.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform content pillars, topics, and formats that educate, inspire, and engage potential and existing customers.
- Map out and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely, consistent content delivery across digital platforms.
- Content Creation & Optimization
- Oversee the creation, curation, and optimization of high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and videographers to produce engaging content in various formats, including articles, infographics, videos, and social posts.
- Perform regular content audits and gap analyses to ensure content consistency, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
- SEO & Performance Tracking
- Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into all content initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, reporting on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and organic growth.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimize for business results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to support campaigns and product launches with compelling content.
- Build and manage relationships with external content creators, influencers, and partners as needed.
- Ensure all content complies with legal, brand, and content governance standards.
- Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on digital content trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep the brand’s content fresh and competitive.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- Between 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent project management, communication, and editorial skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
