Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Writer who specializes in website copywriting and SEO content writing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating persuasive, conversion-focused website copy and a deep understanding of SEO strategies. Familiarity with WordPress and SEO best practices is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for producing content that drives traffic, ranks well on search engines, and enhances user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, compelling, and conversion-optimized website copy for landing pages, product descriptions, service pages, and other digital assets.
- Develop engaging SEO content that improves search engine rankings and drives organic traffic to the website.
- Utilize SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta descriptions, to enhance content performance.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with the website’s design and user experience.
- Work within WordPress to upload, format, and optimize content, ensuring proper use of headings, internal linking, and other SEO elements.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and tone.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Track and report on the performance of website content using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in website copywriting and SEO content writing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress for content management, formatting, and SEO plug-ins (e.g., Yoast).
- Experience writing conversion-driven copy that resonates with target audiences and encourages engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines.
- Strong research skills to produce factually accurate and valuable content.
- Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics to track content performance and inform content strategies.

Working Days & Timings
Monday - Friday (2 PM-1 AM with 2hour break)
Available every second Saturday, 4 hours only for a meeting.
