- Deep understanding of unique storytelling format and how to optimize content within its structure.
- Ability to craft short, impactful copy across multiple platforms, rooted in solid marketing principles and audience psychology.
- Skillfully blend SEO techniques and marketing best practices into content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm changes; adapt writing style to enhance discoverability and content performance.
- Think outside the box and incorporate innovative elements to boost engagement and push creative boundaries.
- Team player with strong communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Develop compelling and on-brand content ideas for shows, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Conduct in-depth research to craft viral, click-worthy titles and show concepts, drawing inspiration from platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
