Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily posting, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business, Google My Business, etc.
- Work directly with content, design, and video teams to ensure assets are prepared, approved, and distributed on time.
- Monitor, track, and engage with the community through replies, comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Stay updated with trends, memes, formats, and platform changes, and feed ideas into the team for campaign ideation.
- Assist in reformatting and repurposing content into different sizes and styles for platform-specific publishing.
- Maintain and update the content calendar with accurate tracking of posts, deadlines, and campaign timelines.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and co-branded content for executional follow-through.
- Compile performance reports using platform analytics, social tools, and internal dashboards.
- Support in organizing UGC, testimonials, and community highlights into reusable brand assets. Find and monitor conversations where our target audience lives (Reddit, Quora, Discord, Twitter threads, niche communities).
- Engage thoughtfully in relevant discussions — comment, respond, and subtly guide traffic or awareness toward our brand.
- Post and maintain activity in forums, groups, Slack channels, LinkedIn groups, and similar communities.
- Help build a community tone and presence: not just brand-promotion, but value-sharing.
- Collect insights from community engagement to feed into content and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or community engagement.
- Strong grip on platform mechanics — how each channel works, and how to publish effectively.
- Quick learner with a “get-it-done” attitude and willingness to execute at speed and quality.
- Good sense of timing, tone, and branding while managing scheduled and real-time posts.
- Bonus: Basic skills in video editing, Canva/Photoshop, or short-form content creation.
- Good research skills to find threads, hashtags, communities, and keywords.
- Comfort with light copywriting, basic design tools (Canva, CapCut), and scheduling platforms.
