Job Summary:

HorecaStore.ae is hiring a Remote Social Media & Community Engagement Executive to lead customer interaction across digital platforms, boost our online presence, and enhance brand loyalty. If you're passionate about building communities, engaging with audiences creatively, and managing online reputation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Creatively comment and engage with users and communities to enhance brand visibility
• Use relevant hashtags, trends, and interactions to grow organic engagement
• Monitor and manage reviews on Google Business Profile
• Respond to both positive and negative feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and potential brand advocates
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on engagement and sentiment
• Share customer insights with the marketing team to support content planning

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a social media or community-facing role
• Excellent written English communication (Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience managing Google Reviews and Google Business Profile
• Strong creative engagement skills—especially in commenting and replying on social platforms
• Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social (a plus)
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Passion for or knowledge of the HORECA, hospitality, or kitchenware industry is a bonus

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
