We're looking for motivated, energetic, and tech-savvy individuals to join our Call Center Outbound Sales Team for ZONG.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential Zong customers
- Promote products and services in a persuasive and professional manner
- Handle customer queries efficiently and maintain high satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain call quality and CRM updates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Up to 28 years (Up to 35 for Ex-CSOs)
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA)
- Languages: Excellent Urdu & English communication skills
Technical Requirements for WFH:
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop/Desktop
- Smartphone
- Power Backup (UPS)
- Separate, quiet workspace at home
Work Model: Work from Home
- Initial training and job duties will be performed remotely (Work from Home)
- Must reside in Islamabad during training and work-from-home period
