Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building a solid pipeline of prospective clients for our medical billing services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, and other social media platforms. A proven track record in business development within the healthcare or medical billing domain is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), and other relevant social media channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings/demos with prospective clients to showcase the company’s medical billing services.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly / quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and service agreements in coordination with internal teams.
- Track and report sales metrics and provide regular feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up diligently on all leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and enhance brand presence across platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare outsourcing sector.
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into successful business relationships.
- Experience with lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other B2B channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other digital productivity tools.
