Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Floor Manager to oversee all aspects of our new call center’s floor operations and play a key role in business development by bringing in new BPO campaigns. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who want to help build and lead a high-performing team from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all floor operations, including Team Leads and their teams.
- Bring in active BPO campaigns (Medicare, Final Expense, Insurance, etc.).
- Lead client onboarding and campaign setup.
- Develop business strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and campaign performance.
- Generate reports using VC Dialer and VOIP systems.
- Oversee recruitment for agents and team leads.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in call center management and business development.
- Proven ability to bring campaigns or clients to a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of call center metrics and performance management.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in startup or new call center launches is highly preferred.
