Job Description:
We are hiring a Call Center Floor Supervisor for a new and growing call center operation in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supervising call center teams, working with Team Leads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily call center operations.
- Lead and support Team Leads and their agents.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, KPIs, and call quality.
- Use VC Dialer and VOIP systems effectively.
- Prepare daily/weekly productivity and performance reports.
- Manage Medicare, Final Expense, and Insurance campaigns.
- Handle hiring and onboarding for agents and team leads.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams for continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of experience in a call center supervisory role.
- Experience with Medicare, Final Expense, and Insurance campaigns.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with call center tools, dialers, and reporting systems.
- Experience working in a startup or new call center setup is a plus.
