Sukooon Wellness is looking for experienced pharmaceutical customer services representatives for its corporate office
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to confirm and verify order details.
- Ensure accuracy in customer information, order specifications, and delivery instructions.
- Respond to customer inquiries with a helpful, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Provide support on general questions related to products, orders, and shipping information.
- Document and update customer interactions and status notes in the order system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and updating order details
Qualification and skills:
- Graduation with medical or pharmacy background
- 1- 2 years of previous experience as CSR or medical rep. in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls effectively along with chats.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications;.
