Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers and network agents (International), ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and solutions to inquiries related to freight forwarding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on freight forwarding services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Keep customers informed about shipment status and any changes in delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. PREFERABLE
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Minimum Education has to be Graduate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
