Overview:
We are looking for Experienced and fresh "Customer Service Representative" for a US-based campaign. The primary focus of the role is to work with the customer support team. As a representative your responsibilities include identifying and providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls. Our ideal candidate should be motivated, an excellent communicator, and able to work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as on their own initiative.
Please note: The minimum qualification required for this position is Intermediate or above. Candidates who are currently in matriculation or have just passed are not eligible for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand prospects' needs.
- Clarify information and address inquiries.
- Research and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
- Following work regulation diligently.
- Ensuring the timely completion of all daily calling task
Requirements.
- Fresh or Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience.
- Intermediate / (O - A Levels) or above higher degree
- Must be fluent in English
- Critical Thinker/problem solver
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Salary + Incentives Earn Up-to 70K
