About the Role:
We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for our night shift operations, handling communication with US-based clients. This is a full-time, in-office position (not a call center role) focused on email, live chat, and occasional phone support. We’re seeking someone with strong English communication skills and the drive for long-term career growth.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone (if needed)
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions in a professional manner
- Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Follow communication protocols and maintain a courteous tone
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting US clients
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Students and fresh graduates are not eligible
- Applicants should be serious about long-term employment
