Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Shift Timing: 7 PM – 4 AM
Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 PKR (Base) + Commission (Potential earnings up to 200,000 – 250,000 PKR):
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and ensure long-term engagement.
✅ Recurring Revenue: Monitor contract renewals, prevent churn, and encourage ongoing service utilization.
✅ Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify client needs, propose additional services, and maximize revenue potential.
✅ Customer Satisfaction: Regularly check in with clients, resolve issues, and ensure they are satisfied with our services.
✅ Performance Monitoring: Track client success metrics and provide insights to improve service quality.
- Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, sales, or account management (preferably in a digital marketing environment).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle client concerns proactively.
- Prior experience working in night shifts is a plus.
