Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Customer Support Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with queries related to money transfers, compliance, delays, or account issues
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Provide support for transaction tracking, document verification, and beneficiary updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in banking support, financial services, or a similar customer-facing role
