Brief Job Description:
· To ensure phone calls and listen to customer's questions and concerns
· To ensure customers have questions about Bank products and try to solve any problems they might have following Bank's procedures.
Experience: Fresh or 1 years experience

Education: Graduation is a must in any field and Degree/Certificate you should have.
Age Limit: Maximum up to 29 years.
Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Evening & Night).

· Should be willing to work rotational shifts ( morning, evening, night)
· Bachelors Complete ( degree or transcript needed)
