Job Description
Roshan Packages Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Trade & Banking to join our dynamic finance department. This position is critical for managing trade finance operations, handling Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination with banks, insurance providers, and internal departments.The ideal candidate should have experience in international trade finance, banking operations, LC handling, and insurance coordination, with the ability to manage high-volume documentation accurately in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
- Ensure timely acceptances and retirements of LCs and maintain accurate filing of all trade-related documents
- Liaise with banks for the opening, amendment, and settlement of LCs, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently
- Manage insurance documentation, including obtaining cover notes and coordinating with insurance providers
- Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure accurate invoice booking and timely payment disbursements for trade transactions
- Maintain proper audit trails and ensure all trade finance operations meet compliance standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in trade finance, LC documentation, or banking operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of documentary credit, international trade finance, and banking protocols
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
