Key Responsibilities:
- Timely Delivery Management: Ensure all customer parcels are delivered on time by coordinating with courier companies and delivery riders.
- Follow-Up and Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up with courier services and riders to address and resolve any delays or issues that may arise during deliveries.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery updates, addressing queries, and providing timely feedback.
- Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, couriers, and the internal team to streamline parcel delivery operations.
- Report Generation: Maintain accurate records of parcel delivery statuses and generate daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Problem Solving: Identify patterns or recurring issues in parcel deliveries and suggest solutions to prevent future delays.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in customer support, logistics, or courier services is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [preferred languages, e.g., Urdu and English].
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
