The Dealers Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the dealer network to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence in the assigned territory. This role involves close coordination with dealers, distributors, internal teams, and marketing to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or channel management, preferably in FMCG, automotive, electronics, or building materials sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Working Conditions:
- Willingness to travel frequently to dealer locations
