The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and emailing, promoting research support services and solutions. This role involves building relationships with students, researchers, and organizations, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their research processes. The individual will provide ongoing support to potential clients, answering queries and assisting them through the decision-making process, with the ultimate goal of converting prospects into loyal customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to close deals while maintaining excellent customer service.
