Job Description:
Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an experienced and driven Sales Executive to lead industrial sales efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in B2B industrial sales, strong client relationship skills, and a results-driven mindset to achieve significant revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the industrial sector
- Identify target market segments and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve quarterly sales targets of PKR 60 million
- Build long-term relationships with key industrial clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical product demonstrations
- Stay updated with industry trends, product specs, and competitive offerings
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management
- Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of successful experience in industrial or B2B sales
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and applications
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close complex sales and manage key accounts
- Self-motivated, with a strategic and performance-focused approach
