Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Industrial Manager – Solar Expert to lead our industrial solar projects from planning through execution. Based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems for industrial applications, with the ability to manage teams, oversee technical design, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of industrial-scale solar power systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, energy audits, and site evaluations for large-scale clients.
- Supervise technical teams and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals for industrial clients.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and installation teams for project execution.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all installations meet local compliance and international solar standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends in the solar industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in managing industrial or large-scale solar projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of PV systems, inverters, batteries, and grid integration.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in solar design tools (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope).
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lahore (preferably near DHA).
